Artist's Comments: Upon entering the greeter's station at Hualalai, I enjoy some wonderful views of palm trees, golf course and lush landscaping set against a wonderful blue sky and azure ocean. On a clear day, we are lucky to see the island of Maui in the distance. Still attempting to paint the manicured fairways without making them appear pasty or fake but, still not breaking thru on discovering the magic trick. A fine study but, not one of my favorite pieces; however I do enjoy it for what it represents - truly an entry to paradise. On to the next painting!
